The ARP-87 is a compact, feature-rich delay, packed with a large palette of inspirational delay tones. Featuring four main algorithms — digital, analog, lo-fi, and slap back — the ARP-87 can cover serious ground in the world of echoes.

The Digital algorithm boasts pristine, crystal-clear repeats great for rhythmic riffs. The Analog setting adds warmth and dimension to chords and lines. The Lo-Fi algorithm, with its adjustable frequency range on the repeats, goes from warm and murky to AM radio. The Slap setting makes it easy to dial in a great slap-back echo perfect for chicken pickin' runs. With smart bypass switching and momentary knob ramp, the ARP-87 provides endless creative opportunities.

The X knob changes function depending on the selected algorithm: modulation depth in Digital, Analog, and Slap modes; filter width in Lo-Fi mode.

Note: when changing delay types a whole new algorithm loads and tempo must be tapped in again. Max delay time is 1000ms.

Trails Mode: In trails mode, delay trails die off naturally when the pedal is turned off. In no-trails mode, trails are abruptly cut off. Toggle by holding the bypass switch for 1 second while applying power, then unplug and repeat.

Momentary Functions: With the effect off, press and hold Bypass Switch to temporarily activate the effect. With the effect on, press and hold Bypass Switch to momentarily ramp the X parameter to maximum. Press and hold Tap Switch to temporarily ramp feedback to maximum.
