Did you know? The circa-1991 Sovtek "Civil War" Big Muff (named for its blue and gray chassis) used the same circuit as the "Tall Font Green Russian" Big Muff and the EHX Green Russian Big Muff. The Sovtek Deluxe Big Muff expands on that big, wooly sound by adding the Deluxe Big Muff's advanced controls while paying homage to the Civil War Big Muff aesthetic.

It's all here in one integrated pedal: the Sovtek signature sound with devastating low end, crisp highs and non-scooped mids, plus the advanced control of the Deluxe Big Muff. The familiar Sustain, Tone and Volume knobs remain, with a host of extras for those who crave deep sound-shaping ability.

• MIDS EQ - Parametric MIDS EQ with selectable center frequency from 310Hz to 5.0kHz, up to 10dB boost or cut, and a high/low Q switch
• Footswitch for MIDS EQ with status LED
• Gate - Noise gate to remove unwanted hiss and hum
• Blend - Mix control for dry and distorted signals; lets bass players retain low end
• Wicker - Switch up opens high-frequency bandwidth for more attack; switch down yields the traditional Green Russian sound
• Expression Pedal Input - Sweeps MIDS EQ frequency for wah and cocked-wah effects
• True Bypass - Maintains signal path integrity in bypass
• Internal input buffer switch and MIDS EQ trim pots for fine tuning
