These light-gauge 80/20 bronze acoustic strings use Elixir's ultra-thin NANOWEB coating and come in gauges .012, .016, .024, .035, .045, and .056. The 80/20 bronze wrap wire delivers a bright, lively tone, while the thin coating keeps the strings feeling close to uncoated and helps them retain tone far longer. Elixir coats the whole string, protecting the windings from the dirt and sweat that dull tone over time.
