The Wampler Euphoria is Brian Wampler's take on the elusive tone and feel made famous by "D style" amplifiers: smooth and creamy, yet crunchy when you need it, with a transparency that goes beyond other D-voiced pedals. Very responsive tone controls interact with the circuit rather than just coloring it, affecting the response and feel like a great tube amp.
If you love your clean tone and just wish for a little more grit without changing the tonality, the Euphoria does it with ease. A three-way toggle adds flexibility: down for a hint of fuzz over the overdrive, up for super-smooth creamy crunch, and center for tons of crunch. Roll the gain back and push the volume for a transparent clean boost with a variable two-band EQ that can even become a treble booster.
