Along with the Flexo Drive and Mad Stone, the Metal Storm distortion pedal is one of Tone City's latest contenders, looking to add some serious attitude to your pedalboard.

Able to emulate that classic British "black and gold" high-gain sound, this pedal offers a convincing amp-like feel and features a flexible 3-band EQ; as well as a boost function!

The Tone City Metal Storm, however, is one of those rare beasts. Featuring High, Middle and Low knobs, you can precisely control the shape of your sound, particularly with the additional Mid Boost function that introduces more punch and focus.

Boost Switch:

Distortion pedals can work great on their own, especially a high-gain monster like the Metal Storm. However, a boost pedal can often get the most out of them, and fortunately the Metal Storm has a built-in boost circuit! Piling on more grit and increasing the volume, this boost function can be engaged completely on-the-fly when it's time for your big solo; thanks to its dedicated footswitch.
