DL4 MkII Special Edition — 25th Anniversary Silver

Delivering legendary delays, the green DL4 modeler has been ubiquitous on pedalboards worldwide since launching in 1999. Designed to continue inspiring creativity, the limited and collectable 25th Anniversary DL4 MkII, in a special edition silver, boasts all the same powerful features as the DL4 MkII, but also comes with a hand-numbered label, a keychain, and a DL4 MkII product sticker.

Not only is it more compact than the original DL4, it offers 15 legacy and 15 new delay effects drawn from the HX family of amp and effects processors, plus bonus reverbs, all derived from the latest Line 6 sound design labs. Looping, SD card expansion and a host of I/O options aim to carry the DL4 legacy forward. Hand-numbered sticker indicating production number — limited to 2500 total units.

FEATURES

• Build: Constructed from cast aluminum to withstand the rigors of performance.
• Control Layout: Same layout of knobs and footswitches as the original. Pressing the Legacy button converts DL4 MkII into a DL4.
• Delay: 30 delays total — 15 new MkII delays drawn from the HX family, 14 original DL4 delays, and Echo Platter from the rackmount Echo Pro.
• Looping: 4-Switch Classic Looper and 1-Switch Looper operate in mono or stereo, before or after other effects.
• Looping Time / micro SD: Up to 240 seconds of recording time, expandable to several hours using an optional microSD card.
• XLR Microphone Input: Connect a dynamic microphone for vocal or acoustic instrument processing and looping.
• MIDI: MIDI In and Out/Thru DIN connectors for continuous controller, program change, and other MIDI messages.
• Bypass: Buffered, DSP, and true bypass options.
• Footswitches: Select presets A, B, and C, or Record/Overdub, Play/Stop, and Play Once when the Looper is active.
• Expression Pedal / External Switches: Connect an optional expression pedal, two assignable external footswitches, or one of each.
• DC Power: Included 9V DC-1g power supply or most other 9V center-negative supplies.
