Towers teleports your sound into a vast stereophonic expanse, weaving it into its unique resonant filtered feedback networks. Reflections hang in the air and move in and out of a sprawling multidimensional soundscape, where they don't just fade away—they radiate, breathe and drift endlessly into the void.

The filter frequency offers three distinct modes of navigation: Manual Mode puts the player in charge of the filter frequencies; Envelope Mode lets playing dynamics breathe and morph into ever-changing filter movements; and LFO Mode surrenders control to a slow-moving oscillator that sweeps across the stereo field.

Three Distinct Modes of Operation
Manual Mode: The filter frequency is manually changed by adjusting the Frequency control, with the left channel opposite the right.
Envelope Mode: The filter frequency is changed with an envelope controlled by picking dynamics; the Frequency control adjusts envelope sensitivity.
LFO Mode: The filter frequency is controlled by a slow moving LFO and the Frequency control adjusts the rate, sweeping across the stereo field for a slow panning filter effect.

Design Notes
Your input signal is fed into an array of infinitely repeating micro-echoes, creating dynamic generative impulses which feed an immense cathedral-style reverb where the Length control shapes the decay time and density of reflections. This is interwoven with a resonant low-pass filter that intersects the delay and reverb pathways at multiple points, crafting a massive, unearthly sound. Eight user-assignable presets capture and recall your favorite settings.

Towers can be pulled across space and time with Stretch, which doubles the length of the reverb by slowing the processor speed, generating a lo-fi effect that pulls apart the delay lines while smearing the filter and lowering the frequency response. Tap the Stretch footswitch for an instantaneous effect or hold it as the entire system descends into the abyss.

Controls
Mode: 3-position toggle switch that changes the mode of operation.
Length: Controls the length of the reverb and adjusts the speed of the Stretch feature.
Mix: Sets the overall level of the effect.
Stretch Footswitch: Slows down the entire digital system, doubling reverb length with a pitch-bending effect.
Frequency: Controls the filter frequency with different functions depending on mode.
Filter: Controls how much the resonant low pass filter is mixed into the reverb pathways.
Preset: Selects which user preset to use in preset mode.
Activate Footswitch: Turns the effect on and off.

Tails or Full Bypass Switching: Towers can operate in Tails or Full Bypass. It ships in Tails Mode (Green Activate LED), allowing the reverb to naturally decay after bypass; Full Bypass cuts the reverb completely (Red Activate LED).

Power: This device takes a standard 9-volt DC power supply with a 2.1 mm negative center barrel (not included). We always recommend pedal-specific, transformer-isolated wall-wart power supplies or multiple isolated-output supplies. DO NOT RUN AT HIGHER VOLTAGES!
