Deals & news texts. Promotional texts about sales, new arrivals, events and lesson openings, plus cart reminders if you opted in at checkout. To join, tick "Text me with news and offers" at checkout on citymusicannex.com, or tick YES for Marketing Texts on our in-store lesson registration or contact update form. Joining is never a condition of purchase.
Item alerts. If you tick the text box when you ask us to notify you about an item on citymusicannex.com, we text you about that item, such as when it is back in stock, and send you our deals and offers.
Order and shipping texts. If you sign up at citymusicannex.com/pages/text-updates, we text you updates about your order, such as when it ships.
Lesson and account texts. If you agree to them (on our lesson sign-up form, on a signed in-store form, or by texting us first), we text you about your inquiry, your lessons and your account.
How often. Message frequency varies; promotions are typically up to 4 a month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that number. You'll get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to rejoin. You can also ask us in person, by phone or by email.
